Information We Collect

We collect Personal Information, as well as non-personally identifiable information, on this site. We use the term Personal Information to refer to information that directly identifies an individual, such as first and last name, mailing address, email address, passwords or telephone number. We collect Personal Information in two ways:

Active Data Collection

First, we collect information you provide to us in optional, voluntary submissions, such as through contact forms, promotional signups, customer service requests, etc.

You can decline to provide any requested information at any time. However, if you decline to provide personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide you with certain services or comply with your request, we may not be able to provide those services or respond to your request.

If you choose to provide Personal Information about yourself, Acroprint will use this information only to communicate directly with you. We will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose that information to third parties unless such disclosure is necessary for the purposes set forth in this Policy or required by law.

Passive Data Collection

Second, some Personal Information may be collected automatically. We may receive automatically-collected information through a variety of methods including but not limited to:

Cookies

Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to your device when you visit a website. Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognize a user’s device on subsequent visits. You can find more information about cookies at: https://www.allaboutcookies.org.

Cookies do lots of different jobs, like letting you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, and generally improving the user experience. They can also help to ensure that advertisements you see online are more relevant to you and your interests. For instance, third-party vendors, including Google AdWords and DoubleClick, may use cookies to serve ads across the Internet based on your past visits to our website (i.e., “remarketing”).

Acroprint does not require you to accept cookies. However, please note some functionality on our site may be disabled if you decline to accept cookies. For more information on your options related to cookies, please refer to the section entitled Communications Preferences below.

Location-Based Services

We may collect, use, and share with service providers precise location data, including the real-time location of your mobile or fixed location device.

We may use analytics tools and other third party technologies to collect both personal and non-personal information when you use this site. These tools and technologies collect and analyze certain types of information, including IP addresses, device and software identifiers, referring and exit URLs, onsite behavior and usage information, feature use metrics and statistics, usage and purchase history, MAC Address, mobile unique device ID, and other similar information.

Advertising

We may use your information to personalize and display advertisements and other content for you and to serve ads on third-party sites. For instance, these sites may display ads based on your past visits to our website. This allows us to make special offers and continue to market our services to those who have shown interest in our products or services.

When sharing through one of these third party services, if you are not already logged in to the third party service, you will need to supply login credentials for it. If you are not a registered user of the third party service, you will need to sign up for it. Note that you are supplying the registration information or login credentials for the third party service directly to that third party, and not to us.

If you choose to “like“ or share information from this site through one of these services, you should review the privacy policy of that service.
